Terms & Conditions
The rules of the game, and the agreement between you and us.
Draft version — last updated 4 September 2026
Draft notice: this page is a working draft prepared ahead of launch. Sections marked [placeholder] still need our registered company details filled in, and the whole document needs sign-off from a solicitor experienced in UK gambling law before real-money play is switched on.
1. Who we are
The Lottery Bingo is operated by [Company legal name], a company registered in England and Wales under company number [company number], with its registered office at [registered address] (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at [support email].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the UK to open an account or play. By registering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are legally permitted to take part in paid gaming activity in your jurisdiction. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time, and may suspend your account until you do.
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or payment method. Accounts are personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, or used on another person’s behalf.
3. How the game works
- Each entry is a set of 10 numbers, chosen from 1–59, either picked by you or generated at random (“Lucky Dip”).
- Every Saturday, we check your entry against that day’s UK National Lottery Lotto draw.
- Any of your numbers that match stay locked in permanently — they carry forward, draw after draw, until all 10 are matched or you cancel.
- An entry that reaches 10/10 wins a share of that week’s prize fund.
The Lottery Bingo is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, Allwyn Entertainment, or the National Lottery. We simply use the published Saturday Lotto draw results as the basis for matching.
4. Subscription and billing
An entry is billed as a recurring subscription of £10 per month, taken via our payment provider, and continues automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged for entries already in play.
We do not offer refunds for a billing period once that period’s draw has been entered, except where required by law or where we have made an error. If a payment fails, we may pause or cancel your entry after a reasonable number of retries.
5. The prize fund
The amount shown on our prize page is the actual balance available to winners that week, and is never a headline figure that gets reduced later. If one or more entries reach 10/10 on the same draw, the fund splits evenly between them. If nobody reaches 10/10, the fund rolls over in full to the following Saturday.
Winners are identified on our winners page by display name only — we never publish a real name, email address, or ticket number.
6. Account security and our right to act
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend, restrict, or close an account — and withhold or void associated entries and winnings — where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, by someone underage, or by someone who has self-excluded through GAMSTOP or asked us directly to close their account.
7. Play safe
We want the game to stay fun. Please read our Play Safe page for deposit limits, take-a-break tools, self-exclusion, and where to get free, confidential support if gambling stops feeling like fun.
8. Liability
We provide the game as described above and take reasonable care to keep it running accurately and reliably. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that aren’t a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, or for issues arising from the underlying National Lottery draw process, which is entirely outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the game works. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and where a change is material, we’ll let existing account holders know before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
