Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Draft version — last updated 4 September 2026
Draft notice: this page is a working draft prepared ahead of launch. Sections marked [placeholder] still need our registered company and ICO details filled in, and the whole document needs sign-off from a solicitor before real-money play is switched on.
1. Who we are
[Company legal name], registered office [registered address], is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our ICO registration number is [ICO registration number]. You can contact us about privacy matters at [privacy email].
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, date of birth (for age verification), and login details.
- Entry and gameplay data: the numbers on your entries, your match progress, and your subscription and billing history.
- Payment data: we never see or store your full card details — these are handled directly by our payment processor. We keep a record of transactions (amount, date, status) for accounting and dispute purposes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage data, collected automatically when you use the site.
- Support data: anything you tell us when you contact us for help.
3. How we use it
- To create and run your account, and to run your entries against each Saturday’s draw.
- To process your subscription payments and keep accurate financial records.
- To verify your age and identity, and to meet our legal and responsible-gambling obligations.
- To detect and prevent fraud, multiple-accounting, and abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send you service messages (for example, draw results or payment notices). We will only send you marketing messages if you’ve opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Our legal basis
We process your data because it’s necessary to perform our contract with you (running your account and entries), to comply with our legal obligations (age verification, financial record-keeping, responsible gambling), and, in limited cases, because we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping the service secure — balanced against your rights. Where we ask for marketing consent, we rely on that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Who we share it with
- Our payment processor, to take your subscription payment.
- GAMSTOP, if you register for self-exclusion, so we can honour it.
- Regulators or law enforcement, where we’re legally required to.
- Service providers who host our site and systems, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a further period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations (typically several years, in line with financial record-keeping requirements). We delete or anonymise data we no longer need to keep.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format, subject to some exceptions (for example, data we’re legally required to retain). To exercise any of these, email [privacy email]. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart and checkout details, and a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, or through your browser settings.
9. Children
The Lottery Bingo is for adults aged 18 and over only. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we become aware that we have, we’ll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and where a change is significant, we’ll let you know directly.
